Birmingham office wins big insurance contract

The Birmingham office of Gallagher, one of the UK’s biggest commercial insurance companies, has been appointed as the broker for LTS Global Solutions Ltd.

Bordesley Green based LTS employs 60 staff with sales of £7m in the warehousing, logistics and distribution business in the UK and overseas.

Gallagher’s won the business after preparing a report for LTS which highlighted improvements in the way the company’s insurance risk was being managed.

David Hands, the managing director of LTS Global Solutions said: “We appointed Gallagher as our insurance broker primarily due to the preparation and attention to detail shown , high level of personal service and forward thinking around our fleet management.
