SevenCapital is to develop 228 luxury apartments at St Martin’s Place in Birmingham’s city centre, all of which will benefit from the full use of hotel facilities provided by the neighbouring Park Regis hotel. The developer claims that this project will provide a ‘life style option previously only seen in prime central London.’

On site amenities at the development will include a private gym, WiFi lounge, cinema and a courtyard garden. The development is aimed at executive spec city centre apartments catering for the growing professional community in Birmingham, where around 100,000 people are employed in business, the professions and financial services, the largest grouping in the UK outside London.

Andy Foote of SevenCapital’s residential distribution arm said: “St Martin’s Place is a very exciting development. It is a first for Birmingham and is set to become the sought after address in the city. Designed to deliver world class service to the thriving executive community, its interiors will be luxurious and contemporary, with an impressive hotel style grand lobby to create instant wow-factor as soon as you set foot in the door. Ensuring it meets the expectations of the most discerning resident we have also included the latest in smart technology , as well as a 24 hour concierge to provide ultimate security for residents.”

Providing what the company calls ‘A list’ luxury to its prospective tenants, SevenCapital have engaged the services of Daniel Gibbons of the Luxe Interiors who they describe as “someone who understands luxury and knows how to please even the most particular of tastes”.

Foote added: “Whilst Birmingham’s housing market remains affordable in comparison to other regions, particularly in the south, we’re able to offer this next level of luxury with an extremely competitive price tag, which is a very exciting prospect.”
