Aktar came to prominence as chef at Lasan when he was the winner of Gordon Ramsey’s F Word and has become a regular on our TV screens on Great British Menu and Sunday Brunch.
He has just launched his solo venture in Birmingham city centre, which will host our networking lunch.
Aktar will talk about the ingredients of his success and how he is helping to lead the fight to enhance Birmingham’s reputation as a place for great food and dining experiences.
