Property services group opens regional office

Property services company Liberty Group has launched in Solihull as part of its expansion plans in the Midlands.

The office opening follows the company winning a significant contract with Sandwell Council, and will enable it to continue delivering services on behalf of Corby Borough Council and housing association Bromford from a local base.

Liberty specialises in repairs and maintenance, gas services and construction projects.

Derek Corbishley, managing director of Liberty Group, said: “We are going from strength to strength as a business and our increased presence in the Midlands follows a number of new contract wins in the area.”

Liberty has nine other offices across England and Wales, employing nearly 1,000 staff. Initially it will have 10 people in its West Midlands office.
