Agents appointed to Solihull office building

Birmingham-based property agency KWB has been appointed to manage a 38,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Solihull.

Property company Charlton Haynes has appointed KWB’s property management department to manage One Cranmore Place, to liaise with tenants, collect the rent and the service charge and manage utilities and the fabric of the buildings.

Tenants at the 15-year-old two-storey office building include shoe manufacturer and retailer Clarks, estate agent Purple Bricks, TUV and Spirotech.

Mark Lenton, head of KWB property and asset management, says: “This is another good contract win for our management team in Solihull working with a new owner to help maximise the return on their investment.”
