70,000 sq ft warehouse brought to the market

A 71,028 sq ft West Midlands warehouse has been brought to the market, as businesses hoping to relocate or expand struggle with a shortage of industrial units across the region.

The vacant industrial unit sits on a 6.4-acre site at Parsonage Street, Oldbury, and is available for a new tenant on a leasehold basis.

Matt Tilt, head of industrial agency at Lambert Smith Hampton in Birmingham, said it provides a “rare opportunity” in the region to acquire a warehouse unit with large yard, which accommodates HGV parking.

“Given the severe shortage of industrial and warehouse units in the region with sufficient yard area, we expect there to be significant interest from potential occupiers. It would provide a company a very strong base from which to operate a successful business.

“It is a good unit, in an ideal location given the excellent transport links, for potential occupiers working within the logistics and distribution sector.”
