Acquisition sparks rebrand for creative agency

Following its acquisition by Blink Photo earlier this year, creative agency CIC, which boasts clients including Morphy Richards, Victoria Plum and Port Vale Football Club, has rebranded to Blink Creative Solutions.

The agency, based in Stoke-on-Trent and Hangzhou, China, continues to operate as a full-service creative agency, providing CGI, branding, packaging, video production, product design and digital services.

Steven Livesey, group managing director at Blink Group, said: “Bringing CIC into the group was a great opportunity for us to diversify with a creative agency offer. They have always produced incredible work and we want to grow the team and establish ourselves in the market as a full-service offering.”

In addition to providing creative agency services, the group immediately becomes one of the biggest creative content operations in the North West with more than 60,000 ft2 of combined studio space and a group annual turnover of £6m.
