“We have a great team in the Halesowen office and are going from strength to strength in the marketplace, with strong plans for our future development.”

BCRS Business Loans has boosted its business development team with two key appointments and an internal promotion.

The West Midlands-based business lender has announced that Lynn Wyke and Tracy Sherratt have joined the team as business development managers, taking the team up to 18 staff.

Meanwhile Louise Armstrong has been promoted to the position of senior business development manager, while Wesley Lovett takes the title of head of business development.

Lovett said: “We are delighted to welcome Lynn and Tracy to the team, who both bring with them a wealth of experience in business lending. More importantly, they are both friendly, professional people who are passionate about supporting businesses that are unable to access some or all of the finance they need from traditional lenders.

“Lynn and Tracy will be covering Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and South Staffordshire but, for our customers and professional colleagues alike, they are more than happy to travel the length and breadth of the West Midlands and surrounding areas.

“Small businesses are at the heart of what we do and, importantly, we believe in what they do. Offering a relationship-based approach to lending, we look at applications differently. We don’t use impersonal credit scoring systems and instead use a raft of experience to understand each business and its needs.”
