The Worcestershire chartered surveyors, GJS Dillon, have sold the freehold investment in a Lloyds bank building in Worcester, to Whitehorse Estates, who are acting on behalf of a private client, for £420,000.
The Lloyds branch is situated about one mile west of the city centre in Worcester, in the St John's area, and consists of 2,806 sq ft of internal office space, on a total site area of approximately 0.2 acres.
