‘Let Ready’ offer for SMEs in Birmingham
Commercial Estates Group (CEG) has made a “multi-million-pound” investment in creating ‘Let Ready’ work spaces, aimed at SMEs, at their Tricorn House and Alpha Tower developments in Birmingham.
The spaces offer SMEs the benefits and and amenities usually associated with big office developments, but with all inclusive rents and flexible terms, which allows tenants to either move or grow, with ease, and without being tied into lengthy lease or rental arrangements.
Theresa White, head of workspace at CEG, said:”Let Ready will provide studios in our most sought after locations to allow SMEs access to the best amenities the city has to offer. We have taken care to ensure the whole process is clear, easy and swift from the first contact to moving in, so our customer’s can focus on what is important to them, their business.”
Tricorn House has undergone extensive refurbishment in its basement and ground floor creating a fully equipped gym, fitness studio, cycle storage, showers, changing rooms & lockers, a new cafe and an informal business lounge.
Alpha Tower has also been extensively transformed so that its two upper floors of the 27 storey building will now provide fabulous views of the city, while accessing CEG’s collaborative workspace offering a curated events & lifestyle programme and hot desk meeting room space.
White added: “By launching Let Ready at Alpha, we can now support all types of organisations from entrepreneurs to established SMEs , by offering quality office accommodation from one casual hot desk, to an entire 100 desk floor.”
