Artificial intelligence (AI) specialist EBI.AI has appointed Henry Jinman as business development manager as part of its ambitious expansion plans.

EBI.AI, based at Warwick University Science Park, is among the most advanced UK labs to explore the potential of artificial intelligence and chatbots, and has turned its discoveries into natural and valuable tools for a variety of businesses, including international ferry operator Stena Line and global professional services and investment management company, JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle).

Jinman, a graduate of the University of Warwick, will focus on EBI.AI’s offering for the property sector, looking at how its AI chatbots can work with property managers to provide a better service to residential and commercial customers.

He said: “The key thing for me is understanding how our customers think, making it clear how our chatbots can solve a problem for them and add value to their businesses.”

EBI.AI co-founder Matthew Doel said: “We are building a fantastic team here, and Henry is a great addition, bringing with him rich experience in both the business and technology sectors.”
