Equestrian retailer rides in to retail park

Naylors Equestrian has acquired a store at Wyrley Brook Retail Park in Cannock.

The equestrian and country retailer has agreed a 10-year lease for a 10,586 sq ft unit at the scheme, which is owned by M7 Real Estate.

Located south of Cannock town centre, Wyrley Brook Retail Park offers 107,500 sq ft of retail space and is anchored by B&Q.

William Hatton, retail director at Savills, said: “Naylors Equestrian already has an established presence in Lancashire and Cheshire and we are pleased to have supported its ongoing expansion with the acquisition of this new store.

“Wyrley Brook Retail Park’s well-connected location and existing retailer line up will be a great fit.”

Harvey Spack Field acted for M7 Real Estate.
