Michelin-starred chef to open new Birmingham venture

Michelin-starred chef Adam Stokes is to open a seafood restaurant in Birmingham in February in what will be the latest addition to the city's dining scene. Stokes, who runs Adam's in Waterloo Street, will launch The Oyster Club in nearby Temple Street. The Oyster Club will be a 30-cover restaurant and 24-seater bar serving sea food dishes ranging from fish and chips to fresh oysters. Stokes said: "I want to encourage a neighbourhood feel.
