Chemicals manufacturer re-commits to business park

Fosroc, the Tamworth-based manufacturer of specialist chemicals to the construction industry, has signed a deal running to 2029 for its manufacturing plant to remain at a 100,000 sq ft unit at Drayton Manor Business Park.

The company also has a large storage and distribution facility at the site and, by the completion of the lease, the business will have been based at the site for more than 35 years.

A spokesperson for Fosroc said: “Drayton Manor Business Park has been the perfect home for our company since the early 1990s, and we’re very happy to have secured the extension of our presence here. Drayton allows our staff to develop exciting and essential new products for use in industry, while also boasting excellent connectivity, making it ideal for our distribution operation.”
