Former Royal British Legion club to go under the hammer

The former Royal British Legion club in Kings Heath is to be sold at auction next month with a guide price of £200,000.

The property at 25 Station Road is a freehold end of terrace building with the former Royal British Legion club on the ground floor and accommodation on the first and second floors.

It will go under the hammer in SDL Auctions Bigwood’s Birmingham auction on Thursday 12 December at Villa Park.

Jason Lee, head of auctions at SDL Auctions Bigwood, said: “The Royal British Legion club in Kings Heath was a very popular venue for the local community in its day but it is now surplus to requirements and is being sold in our December auction in Birmingham.

“It is currently considered a mixed use commercial property, but it is well located and suitable for a variety of uses, including a full conversion to residential use, subject to planning permission.”
