Pub group outlines 2019 expansion with plans to recruit 150 staff

Pub group Parogon will kick off 2019 with a campaign to recruit 150 staff over the year, taking its headcount from 360 to 500.

To support the group’s continued growth and the acquisition of two new sites due to open in 2019, The Parogon Group is looking to employ waiting staff, chefs and restaurant managers.

The Parogon Group comprises six restaurants –  The Swan With Two Necks in Staffordshire, The Wayfarer in Stone, The Orange Tree in Stoke on Trent, Blockhouse at The Sheet Anchor in Whitmore, The Boars Head in Cheshire and The Seven Stars in Stafford.

Two new restaurants will be added to the group’s portfolio by the end of 2019. These will be The Broughton Arms, in Balterley  and The Red House, Lilleshall.

Director at Parogon Pubs, Richard Colclough, said: “We are looking for people who want to grow and develop into the new sites.
