JLL has weclomed Jordan Fendick to its Midlands rating team as the company continues to expand the division both in the region and nationally.
Fendick joins as associate director from C&W and will work with national director Pete Fullam and his team.

The Birmingham office forms part of a 35 strong national JLL rating team of specialists based in eight locations across the UK.

Godwin Capital has announced the appointment of a top finance expert to its new advisory board.
Godwin Capital is part of the Godwin Group, the regional property development and investment company, with offices in Birmingham, Nottingham and London.
Henry Porter, of Bluewater Capital & Compliance, will join the board as a specialist in financial compliance.
Andrew Mitchell, Godwin’s investment director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Henry Porter who has 17 years’ experience in investment banking.
“With increasing scrutiny on the investment industry and, in particular, compliance, our first recruit onto the advisory board ticks all the right boxes.”

A property professional has been promoted to associate at a West Midlands commercial agency.
Chris Hobday joined Holt Commercial, which has offices in Coventry and Birmingham, as a chartered surveyor last spring.
He arrived from Tapp Chartered Surveyors in Leeds after recently qualifying.
Peter Holt, a director of Holt Commercial, said: “Chris has gone above and beyond from day one. He’s taken a keen interest in how we market the company and in attending networking and social events to represent Holt Commercial.
