Printing firm taken over by acquisitive group

A £25-turnover printing firm has completed the acquisition of Sutton Coldfield-based Triform.

Hague Group, based in Normanton, Yorkshire, said that acquiring Triform further strengthens its “market leading position in specialist print solutions.”

This acquisition is Hague’s third in the space of a year, following on from the purchase of Contrac in January last year and Venture Business Forms in October.

Triform was established in 1989 as a print broker. After experiencing substantial growth through the 1990s via an expanding client base and a move to a more diverse product range, the firm repositioned as a specialist print management company in 2000.

Graham Wain, managing director of Hague Group, said: “Triform have established a reputation for providing outstanding service and value to their customers over the last 30 years, and we look forward to building on that success.”

Wayne Margetts, managing director of Triform, added: “We are excited about becoming part of an established group such as Hague, which will enhance our purchasing power and access to new and exciting products and services.”

The current team at Triform will remain in place.
