Industrial estate fully let after latest deal

An industrial site in Tamworth has reached full occupancy following a deal with a company that designs, manufactures and services cooler groups and associated equipment for the rail industry.

Thornhill Rail has taken the refurbished 25,000 sq ft unit at Tame Park for its new premises on a 10-year lease.

Thornhill Rail joins five other tenants on the estate including Univar and MIES International.

Units range in size from 8,000 sq ft to 29,000 sq ft.

Adam Priest, asset management director at Folkes Holdings, the owners of the site, said: “We are delighted to have let the final unit at Tame Park to Thornhill Rail.

“We continue to invest time and money into the maintenance of our property portfolio to ensure the highest standards are reached for the benefit of our tenants which in turn helps attracts new occupiers to our estates and properties.”

Savills secured the letting on behalf of Folkes Holdings.
