Residential schemes to bring more Prosperity to Birmingham

The original design for One BHM

Two schemes are to be submitted for planning within days that will spread city centre residential development further out from the core.

Prosperity Wealth will move forward its One BHM and Park View schemes with planning applications.

One BHM is a 12-storey development with 165 apartments, on the site of the former Mini dealership on Summer Hill Road. The development is close to Arena Birmingham and Paradise, adding to other nearby schemes that are in various stages of development by Seven Capital, Elevate and Galliard Apsley.

Its second planning application will be for Park View. The 91-apartment development is close to Highgate Park and about a mile to the south of the city centre.

Both schemes are targeting planning approval this summer, with construction to begin on site early next year.

Prosperity has previously worked on conversion projects in Dudley, Walsall and Derby. It has recently begun demolition work on its Moseley Gardens scheme in Digbeth, after receiving planning permission for 67 apartments.
