Newly-merged property consultants aim high with office move

Warwickshire commercial property consultants ehB Reeves is targeting growth after moving its newly merged staff under one roof.

The company, which was born from a merger between ehB Commercial and Reeves and Partners in July 2018, now has a team of 15 staff.

The doubled workforce have been moved into one office in Somerset House, Leamington.
ehB Reeves’ management portfolio is valued in excess of £100m.

Simon Hain, director of ehB Reeves, said the merger was about continuing the company’s strong offering and customer service for its existing clients, while extending its market share in the greater West Midlands area.

He said: “A lot of hard work went into the move but everyone is delighted it has finally happened. Now we are under one roof we are looking to grow our presence across all of our commercial property sectors.

“We will continue to work with our valued clients and new instructions in Warwickshire but also plan to grow our market share in the wider West Midlands.

“We are all looking forward to an extremely exciting future for the company. This pooling of skills and specialist talent will be of huge benefit to our existing and future clients.”
