Staffordshire business consultancy Strategi Solutions has moved to larger premises to accommodate its growing workforce.

The company has relocated to Lymedale Business Park, Newcastle-under-Lyme, with a six-figure funding package from HSBC UK supporting the acquisition of the 4,000 sq ft premises.

Moving to the new premises has created two jobs, taking the current total number of staff to 22.

Wendy Dean, founder and CEO of Strategi Solutions, said: “Purchasing our own building and being able to create a modern and creative environment for our team and customers is an incredibly important step for Strategi.

“We have an incredibly talented team and the new office space is a showcase for our team of designers who have been responsible for the interior layout and furnishings.”

Natalie Taylor, commercial manager for Liverpool & Cheshire, HSBC UK, added: “In a short space of time, Strategi Solutions has demonstrated it has all of the expertise to succeed in a very competitive industry. With offerings in HR, training, recruitment, marketing, PR and design services, Strategi Solutions matches an ambitious business plan with a dynamic team. The new office is a real statement of intent and we look forward to supporting the business in its future growth plans.”

To assist with the purchase of the building, funding has been secured from the European Regional Development Fund who recognised the company’s potential for future development.

Support for the deal was received from HSBC UK, advised by Mitten Clarke and Freeths, Stoke.

Customers of Strategi Solutions Group cover a range of sectors, including businesses such as John Morley and Pallet Force along with charitable causes such as Douglas Macmillan and Women of the Year.
