Weekender: Gin distillery launches first Caribbean fruity rum brand

Nelson’s Distillery, founded as a gin manufacturer in 2016, have branched out. The Staffordshire beverage manufacturers and purveyors have started distilling Nelson’s Roasted Pineapple Rum and Nelson’s Signature Blend Rum. Each rum is a blend of three individual rums, handpicked from Barbados, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. It is then aged in oak barrels for three years before flavourings are added.
