Construction firm wins £4.45m warehouse contract

Warwick-based MCS Group has won a £4.45m contract for a speculative development in Wiltshire. The Midlands company was awarded the contract by joint venture partners Trebor Developments and Hillwood. The 78,750 sq ft unit at Trinity Park, Hillmead, Swindon, is due to be completed by MCS by the end of 2019. It is the second development for Trebor that MCS has been associated with, having already won a contract to develop a Rotherham warehouse in April.
