Accountancy firm acquires Birmingham office building

An accountancy firm has snapped up a 4,000 sq ft office building in Birmingham.

Acting on behalf of a private investor, KWB sold the freehold of 77 Francis Road in Edgbaston to Fraser Russell for an undisclosed sum.

Fraser Russell provides services to entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporates and high-net worth individuals.

Malcolm Jones, director of office agency at KWB, said: “77 Francis Road is a well-located period office building in an area which is popular with professional services firms.  It is close to the junction with Hagley Road (A456), approximately 500 yards from Five Ways roundabout, and directly opposite Broadway Plaza.

“Office freeholds in Birmingham continue to be highly sought after by business owners, often purchased via the company’s or directors’ pension fund.”
