Tech business expands to newly refurbished Birmingham city-centre offices

uTrack Software Solutions, which operates in the passenger transport sector, has signed a 10-year lease on 2,500 sq ft of office space in Bennett’s Hill House.

uTrack supplies innovative, cloud-based solutions to the passenger transport industry. The bespoke platform takes data from existing sources to generate feeds for automatic vehicle location (AVL), real-time passenger information (RTPI), business intelligence tools, dashboards, web and mobile apps and more.

Bennett’s Hill House, a prominent 20,000 sq ft office building, has been transformed into a unique ‘urban chic’ building with an extensive refurbishment of the interior and exterior.

“The refurbishment, coupled with the fact that Bennett’s Hill House is only a five-minute walk to New Street train station, makes it an excellent location for any business that wants to have a stylish city centre base,” said Charlotte Fullard, associate director at Lambert Smith Hampton, which was appointed joint marketing agent with JLL for the five-storey building.
