Industrial warehouse refurb completed
A major refurbishment of a Warwickshire distribution warehouse has been completed as its owners seek to meet the ongoing demand for high-quality industrial stock across the West Midlands.
Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund has upgraded a 28,000 sq ft warehouse on Cyan Park in Coventry in order to help fulfil the demand for best in class space and have instructed Harris Lamb to oversee its letting.
Located on Phoenix Way, the warehouse was built in 2006 with minimum eight-metre eaves height.
It offers first floor office accommodation with kitchen and a reception area, as well as parking and secure yard areas.
Neil Slade, of Harris Lamb’s Agency team, said: “The demand for good quality mid-box industrial stock throughout the West Midlands as a whole is not abating and far outstrips supply. Fidelity recognised that and has fully overhauled this unit to ensure it meets the high-specification that businesses are currently looking for.
“Crucially, the refurbishment also includes a brand new palisade fence and gates to provide full stand-alone security and we have had excellent levels of interest since works completed.”
