JAGUAR LAND ROVER has announced the appointment of Dr. Ralf Speth as the Chief Executive Officer with overall responsibility for the Company's operations.  He will report to Mr Carl-Peter Forster, the recently appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of Tata Motors.
