LAW firm Wragge & Co has completed a complex cross-border business sale on behalf of a major US client.

The firm advised ADP Dealer Services International, a $9bn business IT provider, on the sale of its commercial systems division.

The division has operations in the UK, Ireland, South Africa and the Netherlands, which meant the law firm had to co-ordinate activities with advisors across several territories.
