New tenants at Brindleyplace as IoD moves offices

THE Institute of Directors West Midlands has relocated across the heart of Birmingham to Brindleyplace.

It will leave its current office in Victoria Place next month and will be based at Eleven Brindleyplace.

The IoD West Midlands regional office and hub will be situated on the mezzanine level adjacent to landlord Argent’s office.

Regional chairman for IoD West Midlands John Rider said: “IoD members enjoy a network of prestigious premises located throughout the UK, Brussels and Paris and identifying locations which offer outstanding levels of service and facilities is paramount.

“We are extremely excited about moving not only to this landmark building but also to a location which is increasingly attracting key businesses to the city.

“We believe the fantastic range of business and leisure facilities on hand locally can only enhance benefits to IoD Members.

“We will be minutes from the International Convention Centre, the Symphony Hall, Birmingham’s attractive canal system and some great restaurants but still within easy walking distance of New Street Station.”

Ross Fittall, Project Director for Argent, added: “We are delighted that the IoD West Midlands has selected Eleven Brindleyplace as its new office location.

“This is a huge coup not only for the building but also for Brindleyplace as a whole and one which we hope will introduce a new wave of professionals from across the UK and beyond to our award winning estate.”

Opening to IoD members from 21 June, the IoD West Midlands will join existing tenants Argent, Colliers CRE and Friend LLP at Eleven Brindleyplace.
