PROPERTY and construction consultants Rider Levett Bucknall has been appointed to manage the relocation of Wyre Forest District Council to its new headquarters.

Last month the authority bought a 2.6-acre plot of land on Finepoint business park, south of Kidderminster, as part of its £10.5m plan to join its four offices into one location.
