TWO Birmingham companies have agreed a deal which will lead to the creation of local jobs - and a new nationwide contract. 

TBG Learning, based in Great Charles Street in the city centre, has signed a collaboration agreement with Premier Support Services, a national security, cleaning and facilities company.
