CONSTRUCTION on a new £22m hotel at a Midlands airport is now underway.

The 4-star Radisson Blu is expected to be open by next summer at East Midlands Airport.

The project is being carried out by MAG Developments, the property and development arm of the Manchester Airport Group which owns EMA, in partnership with the Azure Property Group.
