DWF and Buller Jeffries to merge

LAW firm DWF is merging with rival Buller Jeffries in a move that will bolster its presence in the Midlands market.

DWF, which failed to agree merger terms with Cobbetts earlier this year, has a Birmingham operation whilst Buller Jeffries is in Birmingham and Coventry.

The move will see Buller Jeffries formally incorporated into DWF on May .
Buller Jeffries’ strong insurance practice has earned a name for managing cases with strategic, sensitive or reputational issues.

Andrew Leaitherland, Managing Partner at DWF, said: “This merger with Buller Jeffries represents our latest commitment to our Birmingham offering.
