EVERSHEDS associate Julia Flattery has been appointed Midlands branch chairman of the Association of Women in Property (WiP) for 2012/2013.

Flattery is an associate in the real estate development and regeneration team where she routinely advises some of the UK’s largest developers.  She has been a member of Women In Property for seven years and has served on the branch committee for three years.
