STAFFORDSHIRE County Council has appointed Stoke-on-Trent-based Seddon Property Services to its three-year planned and reactive maintenance framework for schools and other public buildings.

The appointment is set to be worth in the region of £12m to Seddon over the life of the framework, which also has the option to be extended.
