TREBOR Developments and Hortons Estates' proposals to develop a £7m retail park in Sutton Coldfield have secured planning consent.Work on the new development in Princess Alice Drive is now scheduled to begin in September, once the site is vacant.The scheme will see the development of 23,750 sq ft (2,206m²) of retail space, comprising a series of retail units.
