OLDBURY-based accountancy firm Crowe Clark Whitehill has advised Gloucestershire high pressure filter manufacturer L.B. Bentley on its sale to Severn Glocon Group.

Founded in the early 1970s by Lewis Bentley, the family-owned business is based at a 45,000 sq ft site in Stroud. It specialises in the design and manufacture of small bore subsea valves, high pressure filters and desiccant dryers to a range of clients around the world, including the Ministry of Defence.
