WELL-known Black Country businessman Charles Hamner has been appointed chair of the West Midlands Manufacturing Club.

Hamner, who is chairman of Kingswinford-based Charles Design & Marketing, has for many years worked with numerous organisations for the benefit of the local business community and his many roles have included chairman (for 13 years) of Dudley Business Club, chairman of the Black Country Reinvestment Society and lifetime honorary vice-president of Dudley & Sandwell Chamber of Commerce.
