MIDLANDS contractors have added their weight to a campaign to build the country back into growth.

Richard Howson, chief executive of Wolverhampton’s Carillion and Rod Sellers, chairman of North Staffordshire’s Seddon Group, are amongst 23 of the country’s main contracting bosses to put their name to the Creating Britain’s Future campaign.

They are in the company of top executives from the likes of Bam, Willmott Dixon, Mace, Balfour Beatty, Interserve and Sir Robert McAlpine.
