JLR to build new car and create thousands of jobs following employee vote

JAGUAR Land Rover is expected to pump around £200m of investment cash into its Castle Bromwich plant after employees there voted in favour of changes to working practices.
Although workers at the Birmingham factory had previously rejected the proposals, yesterday more than 70% voted in favour of changes which will include compulsory Saturday shifts.
