THE British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) is calling on the Government to implement a massive programme of infrastructure development.

John Longworth, director General of the British Chambers of Commerce told West Midlands businesses he would be writing to the Chancellor to provide a long list of projects and how to finance them and called on businesses to add to the list.
