ALASKA Property Group has been given the green light for the second phase of its £30m Shrewsbury Business Park development in Shropshire.

Some 161,460 sq ft of office space is planned for the 12.47 acre site three miles south east of Shrewsbury town centre. A plan designed by local architects DGA shows 17 new units arranged around a central thoroughfare - Anchorage Avenue.

When fully developed, Shrewsbury Business Park is expected to support around 1,500 jobs.
