TROUBLED wall, floor and ceiling products firm Consortias has been bought out of administration by Guardian Building Products for an undisclosed amount.

The jobs of all the firm’s employees have been secured.

The Burton-on-Trent-based firm, which was established in 1982, sells products such as decorative PVC wall panelling and laminate flooring.
