BIRMINGHAM-based data processing company Edenhouse Solutions has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a North West business in an undisclosed deal.Edenhouse, based at Quartz Point, plans to use the addition of Maven Solutions in Hyde as a springboard into the North West.Founded in 2006, Maven is an SAP BusinessObjects Gold Partner, with more than 100 customers, including Umbro and Manchester United.Edenhouse, which already has 80 staff, says it will retain and expand the Manchester office.Chief executive Paul Soloman said......for the full story register now for free or login below...
