BIRMINGHAM consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard has expanded its building consultancy division with the addition of Michael Brown as a director. 

Brown joins from Knight Frank where he was head of the building consultancy team in Birmingham for more than five years. 

He brings more than 20 years’ experience in building surveying for clients across a diverse range of industry sectors including fund management, automotive retail, marine, manufacturing, defence, health and education.
