REAL estate investment manager Valad Europe has re-geared an existing lease with Halfords in Coventry on behalf of The Advantage Property Income Trust.Halfords, which has been trading at the 14,900 sq ft unit in Foleshill Road for more than 10 years, has reaffirmed its commitment to the building by signing a re-geared lease for a further 10 years at rent of £210,000 per annum.
