AN event which is intended to help hundreds of Birmingham businesses grow and achieve their potential - as well as create high value jobs - is now less than a week away.

GrowthAccelerator, launched by secretary of state for business Vince Cable earlier this year, is a new service that is intended to help England's brightest growing businesses achieve their ambitions with rapid, sustainable growth. It’s a partnership between private enterprise and government.

It arrives in Birmingham next Tuesday (16th).
