Carillion promises delivery of green agenda through £600m city deal

WOLVERHAMPTON-based support services group has pledged to improve delivery of the green agenda and create new jobs as securing a £600m agreement with Birmingham City Council.Carillion has been named as the preferred bidder for the Birmingham Energy Savers (BES) scheme.
