BAM Properties has let nearly 9,000 sq ft of its Solihull office building FORE to steel and mining company ArcelorMittal.

The relocation - from Solihull town centre - will see it take the top floor of FORE, which was also designed and built by BAM.

FORE - located at junction 4 of the M42 - was speculatively developed as a BREEAM Excellent-rated headquarters building but has suffered because of the recession and has stood empty for a number of years.
